张倩，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。2023年于湖北工业大学获工学博士，2022年国家留学基金委（CSC）联合培养博士奖学金获得者，加拿大阿尔伯塔大学联合培养博士

研究领域：食品软物质结构与功能，包括多糖分子结构及特性、多糖-蛋白相互作用、复杂食品体系组装结构表征

社会兼职：湖北工业大学兼职硕士研究生导师，孝感市高新区创新创业导师
