一、基本信息

张倩,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2023年于湖北工业大学获工学博士,2022年国家留学基金委(CSC)联合培养博士奖学金获得者,加拿大阿尔伯塔大学联合培养博士

研究领域:食品软物质结构与功能,包括多糖分子结构及特性、多糖-蛋白相互作用、复杂食品体系组装结构表征

社会兼职:湖北工业大学兼职硕士研究生导师,孝感市高新区创新创业导师
